With Tantra, there is a focus on honouring the sacred aspect of sexual energy, as it is the source of all life. We slow down, savour, and experience deeper connection and intimacy.

What are the benefits of a longer session?
​
An hour-long session is relaxing, sexy and juicy. It will allow us time to incorporate some basic tantra practices to help us connect and ground, but an hour just doesn't give us a lot of time for practicing Tantra and truly connecting.
​
Part of Tantra is slowing down, so that we can experience pleasure and presence in each moment and every touch, rather than putting all of our focus on a climatic end point.
​
With longer and multiple sessions, we have more time to connect and get comfortable with one another so that we can open up more, connect deeper and really experience the magic of Tantra. The extra time will actually allow you to expand your sexual energy through your entire body, heart and mind, extending that pleasure as long as we have time for. This could incorporate more advanced breathing/visualization techniques for sublimation (ejaculation-free orgasm), sacred spot (prostate massage), and a lot more touch.

Having the extra time together at the end of the session helps to integrate all of this, and just feels really nice :)

If you're looking for a truly transformative experience, you'll want a 90min - 2hr tantra bliss session. I have never had a 60min session and not had someone say ' I wish we had more time'.
